Cooked on site and carved.
All hogs come through Smarden Butcher Dave Luckhurst. The pigs are sourced from Natural Farms Bodium, Kent. Using large white and Landrace Cross the Pork has a good even covering of fat to keep with meat basted during cooking.

Vegetarian Option Aubergine Parmiganne, sliced roast aubergine layered in fresh tomato sauce topped with white sauce and cheese.

Hot Dogs, Butchers Sausages from our Smarden Butcher Dave Luckhurst, his award winning Sage sausages cooked on top of the hog roast machine and served in baguettes with ketchup allows the children to be served first.
Meat: Lamb
Cooked on site and carved.
Using Salt Marsh Lamb the flavour of the Lamb reared off the Salt Marshes gives a unique flavour. The lamb takes two and a half hours to cook and is served slightly pink.

Ice Cream Sundea made to order. Serving quality vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream, we serve a host ot different toppings From m & m's, smarties, jelly beans, chocolate sauce, raspberry or mango coulis and fizzy cream.
Meat: Chicken
Cooked, carved and served.
The spit cooks the birds evenly and self basted leaving wonderful moist roast chicken. Jointed and served along with salads, or in a wrap or roll this makes a lovely alternative to hog roast for an outdoor party.

The most popular addition to a hog roast this summer has been our Chinese wraps As the belly cooks first we serve this mixed with Chinese five spice and lime, Cucumber & spring onion in a wrap with fresh plum sauce.

Mini Quiche
Requires a domestic oven
Mini Quiche baked in site, need to use a domestic oven. With choice of fillings Sweet pepper, goats cheese and red onion, salmon and dill, cherry tomato and basil.

White Rustic, a crisp on the outside but soft ciabatta like inside
Brown Granary, crisp outside with a lovely dough consistency brown middle.
Baguette – sliced length ways, can be cut to any size required.
Khobez – a Southern Mediterranean flat bread similar to pitta bread used as a wrap.
