Blue Egg Catering began in 2014 when Tim Bartleet decided to look for a new challenge. Having worked in the hospitality and catering industry for 30 years, running venues, opening restaurants, putting on large events - often with high profile guests - the time had come for a change and to do something different.
Combining Tim's love of food and events experience, Blue Egg Catering is a versatile answer to your event or party needs.
Blue Egg Catering is perfect for weddings, outdoor or indoor parties or just a large gathering of friends. Initially focussing on hog roasts or lamb on a spit, other event catering will follow.
Tim has a small team he can call upon but will be personally involved in all the events. He has excellent food knowledge and event management experience which will ensure that each event is personalised and unique.
